Variable data printing is a form of on-demand printing that uses information from your Excel spreadsheet/database so that elements such as text, graphics and images may be changed from one printed piece to the next, without stopping or slowing down the printing process.

For example, a set of personalised letters, each with the same basic layout, can be printed with your specific customer's name and address on each letter. Response rates for variable data are significantly higher.

You will need to prepare an Excel spreadsheet containing the needed data to communicate to your customer.
